Service Description
• Scalp oil with relaxing head tools • Scalp exfoliation for a refreshing cleanse • Shampoo with tools and a soothing massage • Conditioning with soothing massage • Nourishing hair and scalp mask • Cooling jade stone for face • Face cleanser with soothing lymphatic facial massage • Facial mask • Steamer hot and cold to enhance relaxation • Neck and shoulder massage to relieve tension • Waterfall shower rinse • Toasty heated bed – optional, if you like it warm • Hot oil hand massage • Rough blow dry to complete the treatment Note: Treatment may vary on the length of your hair Treatments is not recommended to people with hair extension, undergo chemo and very sensitive skin or allergies If possible please don’t wear any makeup before treatment for it will take your time removing the makeup during your treatment If you prepare to used your own facial product during the treatment, Please let your therapist know a head of time
Cancellation Policy
ARRIVAL POLICY • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time (15 minutes prior for first-time clients). This provides time to determine the best session plan for you at each visit, while allowing for an unhurried experience. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY • If you are late, you will have the time remaining in your scheduled appointment for your massage, extension may not be possible. You will be charged the full price of your scheduled session. • If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call Dream Massage at 403-821-5415. CANCELLATION POLICY • We appreciate 24 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. A 50% charge will be applied for cancellations without 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please call Dream Massage at 403-821-5415. NO SHOW POLICY • Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled session. If a client fails to provide adequate notice multiple times (2 or more), he/she may be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that our massage therapist(s) be compensated for reserved time slots.
