I’ve been a Nurse in Canada with over a decade of experience across palliative care, supportive living and long-term care, acute hospital settings, community nursing, and specialized addiction and recovery support. My work in wellness-focused interventions and therapeutic care has given me a deep understanding of how nutrition, hydration, and preventative health can dramatically improve a person’s energy, resilience, and overall well-being. I’ve also completed several specialized IV Nutrition courses through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM), further strengthening my skills in providing safe, effective wellness treatments. Additionally, I am a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor with Beats Per Minute, equipping me to teach lifesaving skills to healthcare professionals and the community.
Supporting people on their wellness journey is something I’m genuinely passionate about. Whether I’m helping someone through recovery or providing IV therapy treatments, I strive to make every visit feel safe, comfortable, and reassuring.
