Service Description
The bamboo sticks enable deep tissue stimulation, helping in effectively releasing muscle tension and knots. Enhanced Therapeutic Warmth: Heated bamboo or rattan sticks retain and deliver warmth to the tissues, providing sustained warmth that aids in muscle relaxation and pain relief.
Cancellation Policy
ARRIVAL POLICY • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time (15 minutes prior for first-time clients). This provides time to determine the best session plan for you at each visit, while allowing for an unhurried experience. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY • If you are late, you will have the time remaining in your scheduled appointment for your massage, extension may not be possible. You will be charged the full price of your scheduled session. • If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call Dream Massage at 403-821-5415. CANCELLATION POLICY • We appreciate 24 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. A 50% charge will be applied for cancellations without 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please call Dream Massage at 403-821-5415. NO SHOW POLICY • Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled session. If a client fails to provide adequate notice multiple times (2 or more), he/she may be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that our massage therapist(s) be compensated for reserved time slots.
